In organic viticulture, the winemaker does not use chemical pesticides or fertilizers on the vineyard. With biodynamic wine, this is also the starting point, although biodynamic winemakers go even a step further. They really work with nature. They do this by, for example, using herbal mixtures to strengthen the soil and the vines.
