UP TO 14 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT WITHOUT GIVING A REASON

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After the cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the cost of return from your address to the store are for your own account.

Please consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you exercise the right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Aardig Wijntje with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original state and packaging in which the wine was delivered (if in good condition). To exercise this right, please contact us at admin@aardigwijntje.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of your notification, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

KURKFLES

In the case of a "cork bottle," please keep wine with the cork attached. We cannot replace or credit wine if it has been discarded. We will return or collect the wine and assess whether this is actually a wine with 'cork'. In the case of a corked wine, you can get a new (same) wine or have the money refunded to your bank account.
