Energetic rosé Pet-Nat from Vivanterre, produced by Patrick Bouju and Justine Loiseau.

• 80% Gamay from vineyards owned by Patrick Bouju and Justine Loiseau on the southern edge of the Beaujolais. Grapes come from 40- to 50-year-old vines on red clay and limestone. Grapes have had a few days of maceration.
• 20% Syrah from Roussillon, near the town of Canet sourced from vineyards owned by Vincent Lafage. Grapes come from 35-year-old vines on pebbles over red clay. The Syrah has had direct pressing.
• No clarification, filtering or addition of sulfite during vinification.
