1. IGP Yonne, Les Hâtes, Pinot Noir, 2022: a Pinot Noir aged in old oak barrels after full barrel fermentation, making its debut in our collection.

2. IGP Yonne, Les Robinettes, Pinot Noir, 2022: these destemmed grapes underwent a 15-day maceration before being aged in old oak barrels for 12 months.

3. L'Aurore, Chardonnay, Vin de France, 2022: amazing Chardonnay that was hand-picked and aged for 7 months in oak barrels, making it Guyot's first Chardonnay in our range.

4. La Valse, Sauvignon Blanc, Vin de France, 2020: the 2022 vintage has yet to be bottled, but fortunately Raphaëlle still had some La Valse from the 2020 vintage lying around.
